Tafeen Toys – Return & Refund Policy

At Tafeen Toys, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Before initiating a return, customers must contact us at tafeentoys@gmail.com to request a return and receive instructions.

• Battery-operated items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

2. Parcel Opening Requirement

• For all returns, customers are required to record a video while opening the parcel. This is essential to validate any damages or defects claimed. Returns without video evidence may not be accepted.

3. Condition of the Product

• Items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).

• The product should be in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged.

5. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Important Notes

• Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

• Refunds are not applicable for battery-operated items.

• Recording the parcel opening video is mandatory to validate the return.
